In 2021, we're setting our sights on change in UK workplaces. We believe that we can drive big change here, and improve the lives of people at work across the UK.

Over the last year, we’ve conducted research with both employers and employees, and have now published
a report to share our findings. They underline the need for change, and open up conversations about what we do next to develop our Bloody Good Employers programme.
